Dr. Jesse Sieger-Walls is a healthcare consultant and evaluator with a Ph.D. in Health Outcomes Research and more than a decade of experience in behavioral health and population health. He helps healthcare organizations nationwide strengthen programs through grant writing, strategic planning, performance measurement, and community needs assessments. Jesse has provided significant support to Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) and other SAMHSA-funded initiatives.

Known for bringing people together, Jesse blends rigorous research skills with hands-on clinical experience as a licensed clinical social worker. He continues to see a small number of clients, keeping him connected to the direct impact of behavioral health services.

In his consulting practice, Jesse builds tailored project teams by drawing on a broad network of experts, coordinators, and data specialists. This collaborative approach ensures innovative, data-driven solutions that help organizations improve services and better support their communities.
